In 2015 she collaborated with Darren Hayman (Hefner), Gazel and James Hare (Women in Love) and released her debut solo EP The Sugar Sea which was called “bewitching” by The Thin Air, “fine and gossamer” by Nialler9 and “deftly written, subtle and beguiling” by The Last Mixed Tape. In 2016 she collaborated with acclaimed performance artist Zamira Kate Mummery for Moving Words performed in North Finchley Arts Depot and was also invited to perform at the London screening and director Q&A session of the Elliott Smith documentary, Heaven Adores You. She has been selected to play renowned Dublin festival Hard Working Class Heroes three years in a row and other notable performances include the prestigious Golden Slippers showcase in Soho, a gig in RichMix centre in Shoreditch, and a performance in the Living Gallery, Bushwick NY. She ended 2016 by performing at Other Voices in Dingle and appearing on the cover of the Irish Independent as one of the the young ‘future-makers’ of Ireland. She is currently studying English Literature in Trinity College, Dublin and writing her debut album.
Niamh Regan is a singer, guitarist and songwriter originally from Galway.
‘Regan’s voice has the inflections of UK folk music singers like This Is The Kit, to a lesser extent, Laura Marling combined with the gasping rasps of Karen Dalton. It’s a timbre that is commanding and wise, that pushes vowels around in interesting ways. You can detect a Nick Drake influence on the music too.’ Nialler9.
CKM/FKM Revival are a Galway/Dublin based brother and sister duo. Ferdia Kelly Murphy on bass guitar and Cheryll Kelly Murphy on guitar and vocals
